This 6mm D-diameter angular gear is able to mate with any other 2315 series angular gear. An angular gear is a specific type of bevel gear. Two coupled oblique gears create a 1: 1 ratio and transmit power at an angle of 90 degrees due to the angle of the cone of 45 degrees. The underside of this gear has been ejected to allow a thrust bearing to set the position of the gear (relative to the inside wall of a 1120 series U-channel) and counteract potential diffusion forces in the most extreme applications. In addition, the 32mm shelf on the back will allow a 32mm diameter component, such as goRAIL, goTUBE or Sonic Hub to nest in the cavity and secure with M4 pan head screws.
